Your personal data are retained for the period required by the purposes for which they are processed and for the retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. Upon expiration of the retention period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD, data subjects have the following rights:

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used for their intended purpose

  • Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
